As A lot of people wanted Volition to Bring back a lot of the Good things from Saints Row and Saints Row 2 back and this is my wish list, this list will also include what other people wanted and if you have an idea write it down, Volition may actually listen to us this time.
First Saints Row IV
Saints Row had better customization of weapons and vehicles, the dlc was a lot better

Environment
I Find the Saints Row I and II Very detailed and realistic with pedestrians that do different things (and do them nearly everywhere and all the time, instead of once and in one place like in SR3 and SRIV) The Buildings in SR and SR2 were all unique and weren't copy and pasted everywhere. Pedestrians were randomized and very few looked copy and pasted, it was realistic. Stilwater was filled with Monuments, recognizable buildings, Art, and was a very special and unique city. Then...
....in Saints Row The Third....
Steelport was introduced, only filled with Hipsters, Bums, Prostitutes and Industrial Workers, and if they did something unique, they only did it one. They Eradicated the Day/Night Cycles. They got rid of the beautiful realistic city with unique people. It was bland, nothing changed
and Saints Row IV....Nothing happened just a couple of copy and pasted areas, and deleted areas and such.
Hopefully Saints Row V goes back to the Realistic City idea (doesn't have to be stilwater though) of Saints Row 2
Storyline
In SR the story was too serious, but the glitches and that drowned it out
Then Saints Row 2, a even better storyline Filled with the Drama, and Comedy
It was unique, and it made Saints Row 2
Then Volition thought the fun and utterly stupid (at times) storyline of SR:TT was nerfed to be a lot less serious etc
and SRIV added aliens, and superpowers turning it from urban gangs to Sci-Fi.
Hopefully Saints Row V returns to the mix of serious and comedy and back to urban gangs

Gang Operations, Hacking, Vehicle Surfing, Streaking, Hijacking, Survival, Flashing, Tricks (Combat and Driving), Secret Areas, Mugging, Base Jumping, Barnstorming, Stunt Jumps, Taxi Driving, Ambulance, Hostage, Firefighting, Store Holdups, Tow Truck, Store Ownership.
Activities:
Fight Club, Chop Shop, Guardian Angel, Tank Mayhem, Insurance Fraud, Hitman, Piracy, Mayhem, Snatch, Escort, Tiger Escort, Racing, Demo Derby, Loan Shark, Trail Blazing, Crowd Control, FUZZ, Heli Assault, Septic Avenger, Drug Trafficking
Minigames:
Zombie Uprising, Gambling, Ho-Ing
Weapon Customization:
When Upgraded weapons should have the ability to be downgraded
Also all weapons should have at least 5-8 different costumes (which off course all behave differently)
Clothing Customization
The Old clothing customizing options from SR1 and SR2 should return (If possible)
