It's been so long since I've kept up with this, so I've forgotten or just plain missed a ton of things concerning what is or isn't confirmed, but all I want to know is: NPC Morphing, is it in? The console, is it in? I'd log a ton of playtime from NPC morphs alone. Hype anyway though!
