I'd like to make a note that for some reason, the Gat clone in the House Party cutscene only appears if I'm doing the mission itself, but not when I'm replaying the cutscene, where everything is normal and no gat clone to be seen, not sure how or why this happens, but it kinda sucks the only way...

I think you might be jumping the shark there, he's talking about the normal cutscenes like in the base game, we didn't mention anything specific about DLC cutscenes
