This mod has been discontinued after the release of the latest version of Juiced Patch, which allows you to increase the render distance without the drawbacks of missing objects. However I have taken note of the busted areas of the map that need fixing and might make said fixes a different mod...
Alright, so I am STILL recovering from surgery, the wound re-opened a few weeks back and have been mostly bed ridden ever since, on top of that I had a hard drive wiped by accident. Things aren't super great right now. My progress on this should still be fine, at the earliest I can return to...
Aye! I am in communications with Uzis! As a matter of fact combining this mod with Juiced delivers nearly identical audio quality to that of the console release... baring the cut scene stereo bugs.

However I don't...
Alright so I am releasing version 1 of the mod, but I am not sure how much I recommend it at the moment. We need to figure out how to increase the memory limitations in the game, or streaming limits, or whatever is causing stuff like this when flying in a helicopter.
You know I always I had theory that when the dynamic lighting was disabled, it was really just secretly lighting from the game's ugly mode. It turns out I was partially correct.
