Rectifier not unlocked?

So I pre-ordered the Season Pass the day it came out, and now that SRIV is out, I should have the Rectifier weapon. For some reason though, I don't. Do I have to complete a certain mission or something? I don't have it in my weapons cache for some reason.

So I looked into my issue a bit more and found out that the Season Pass is still available to pre-purchase. The release date says 20 August 2013, so I don't know why you can still pre-purchase it. I'm still looking for a fix to obtain the Rectifier, so if anyone has a suggestion, please post it here.

I read somewhere (I think), that enter the dominatrix will be released 45 days after the game is released.

I read 30 days. I'll see if anyone at Deep Silver can get me a definitive answer.
