Made 2 Measure: Seabound's Clothing Patch

You could use M2M with Vanilla, but there may be some serious bugs resulting from doing so. I wouldn't recommend it.
Playing with gotr atm, wearing a backpack with a second option left thumb ring makes the backpack polygons completely fucked up when I load a save, it is fixable by removing and wearing the backpack again tho

Certain combinations of Items do this. I'm not sure why, and I don't know what they all are. There are four that I know of:

1. Driver's Cap + women's dress scarf
2. Cowboy Hat + women's dress scarf
3. Backpack + Short Sleeve Jumpsuit/Ski Mask (Edit: Just noticed their character had the Left Thumb Ring too...)
4. Backpack + Left Thumb Ring

The game may be unstable while in this state, and may crash. I would not recommend saving while this is happening. Reequipping the stretched item should fix it.

You're unlikely to found out what's going on without digging into the meat of how the body/clothing VID system works under the hood. It could be something related to needing certain body/clothing VIDs to be in a specific order. Maybe it's a function-overload issue caused by passing in too many VID refs, like maybe certain combinations of VIDs are supposed to be referenced as one. The possibilities might not be endless, but there's definitely enough to be a headache to troubleshoot.

Now you mention it, each of the items I listed above only has one VID, which is VID "0"...
(Except for the Left Thumb Rings which use only VID "25", and the Ski Mask which uses VIDs "1" and "2"...)

So @SophieModan's issue might be due to confusion between the "Backpack", "Baseball Cap" and "Doo Rag 1" VIDs, because they all use VID "0"...

Game crashes sometimes at stores is this normal?
You'll have to be more specific about what caused that particular crash. Eg: Did it happen when switching menus?
Apparently Men's Biker Jacket 1 crashes the game for some reason
This issue is known about and there are workarounds.
So, there are three in-game workarounds for this:
1.
Apply a Ronin Jacket before applying an Overshirt.
2. Apply the "Flat" Wear_Option of the Overshirt before applying a Ronin Jacket.
3. Preview another Coat Item first (such as "Women's Blazer") so that it flattens the Overshirt automatically, then apply a Ronin Jacket. (ie: Don't just go straight to a Ronin Jacket when the Coats menu opens.)
