SOLVED I need Help With SR2 FPS

So i just Installed Saints Row 2 on my PC and i know that SR2 wasnt a good port, But the Framerate was just Frustating!!! i can Play GTAIV(Which also One of the worst ports) on Playable FPS only Some minor stuttering..

But in saints Row its always stuttering like Crazy! cant even enjoy the game ...and yes i installed GOTR and Powertools..cant seem to find any Major improvement tho..

Wait for tha patch I guess. That's all I can really recommend. The world is a little funny right now, but it is happening and we will get it eventually
