SR3 Weather Reloaded

You may want to try my Rainy Weather mod. It doesn't add any new cycles, but it does make it rain and storm more often.

Rain and storm often enough in the game, I really like default weather system and I modified in my weather file only one parameter:

<DisplayName>WEATHER_THUNDERSTORM</DisplayName>
<Stage_Settings>
<Chance>3</Chance>
<Average_Duration>180</Average_Duration>

P.S. I set duration 180, because that's much better then default and I set 180 because it has chance 3. And now weather system looks fantastic to me.
