Zinyak's head stuck to all characters

I recently replayed the end of the game, only to find that Zinyak's head was stuck to my boss' hand. I would very much like to see this done to all characters.

There hasn't been a fix for this bug yet (to my knowledge), so I hope to God someone doesn't make this mod beforehand
