Is there a mod or possibly a cheat code I've overlooked to make it so notoriety never goes up. Essentially I'm looking to just mess around in the game without any zin or police response. I know there are cheats to remove all current notoriety but I want it so notoriety never accumulates at all.
Zero notoriety.
