Which mod is crashing?

So sorry if this is a dumb question, but where can I find the mod list?
You can find in same folder as .exe (right click game > manage > browse local files. It's inside loose.txt.
Attach loose.txt or put the contents, like so:
mods/JUICED - Credits
mods/JUICED - Fixed Moon Skybox
mods/JUICED - Chunk Fixes
mods/JUICED - FPS Camera
mods/JUICED - Strings
mods/JUICED - Lua Libraries
mods/JUICED - Shaders
mods/JUICED - Animations
mods/JUICED - Textures

M2M needs GOTR (I think)
When installing GOTR, put it below everything else; even the juicedpatch stuff. GOTR is not a patch for the game but now a requirement for many mods. Without it, the game can and will crash. Warning: even with this, the game is guaranteed to crash; save your game as much as you can.

I do have GOTR, was I supposed to put it on the mod list? It was working prior to adding Open City
*Edit- I can now load in but then it crashes almost immediately
