What? It adds chrome colors for traffic vehicles and you can paint your car but it's not turning all vehicles to chrome.
If you want to unistall just delete both files.

I found it odd that the glow I was using for my vehicles became red when I upgraded the mod

yeah it does that it takes the pallet by one it seem the color of a car goes by the number on a grid

Is there a way to edit this mod so that the traffic has no glow ?

Would it be possible to make a version 4 that just has the chrome paint available for the body, trim and glass ?
