Using mods on Steam Deck when playing SR1 via the Xenia emulator?

I'd like to know what needs to be done in order to utilize mods on my Steam Deck i.e. what\how format/file structure/etc. to convert my orginal disc into (via dumping it with my 360 unit), and what mod prep aspects need to be done on a 'full-blown' computer versus what can be transfered to the Steam Deck for setup there (if that makes sense).

TL;DR I want help getting the game running on the Steam Deck with mods applied as 'cleanly' as it would be on a Windows desktop\laptop.

PS. I've long since solved the issue that I long ago requested help with (of getting SR1 to run on the Steam Deck via Xenia, period). Not a complaint towards you folks, just an update that felt relevant. I'll update that old thread if I can...

You've probably seen Spadita's video on installing SR1 mods already, I think that is a good start.

I think the biggest difference is the fact that Steam Deck uses Linux, so Windows .bat files may not fully work out of the box and you'd have to use Wine or similiar. I've found this article (linuxvox) but not sure if it will fully apply or help in your situation as I do not have that machine.
The "patch" method mentioned in the second part of the video seems more cross-platform to work with.
