Syndicate gangs replacements?

I'm looking for a mod to change the Syndicate gangs npcs. I'd like them to look less goofy and more like typical street gangs.

Something similar to the Saints Row 2 Root mod for SRTT, but only changing the gangs models, nothing else.

Is this easy enough to do myself or can someone do it for me?

Kinda late but, you can use just the following files from SR2 Roots mod:
character.xtbl, character_definition.xtbl
eventually npc_color_palette (for morningstar red colored tie - it's dark purple originally) and spawn_info_groups + notoriety_spawn (for luchadores driving estrada bikes)
