stuck at car delivery menu

[wolf is a disastah ^_^]

when I play the game all seems fine
until I press TAB and go to PHONE
and choose car delivery
the game gave the usual dialogue
but the game freez there.the car noise when u choose it is there
but the game just freez there.even the background is working fine
the mouse too but can't click on anything
is like infinite vehice delivery menu
please any advice will do
