Homies & NPCs Street Gang, not Super Heroes

The one thing that bugged me about this game, is that all the main Homies end up with Super Powers. With no option to turn them off. I'd like to patrol the streets of Steelport without my Homies jumping across rooftops and throwing cars through the air... (Even though I have to admit that sounds pretty cool)

If such a mod is not compatible with the "Homies keep original outfits" mod, then could it be combined with the mod instead.

( I know some people will point out that I could just not do the Loyalty Missions... But I prefer getting the time travel ending in my playthroughs)

Since GOOH is the same engine as SR4 , you can extract the Character xtbl from misc tables vpp and look for the character like Pierce and erase the <Flag>has_super_powers</Flag> I've done this in GOOH you can also give homies super powers by adding that.

All I have in "tables" is "sidescroll_plym.xtbl"

Oh wait, I found it... But it looks a little...

misc_tables.vpp is an archive, you need Minimaul's tools to extract it (specifically ExtractPackfileGUI.exe). Inside it are a ton of .xtbl table files, including character.xtbl.

Since this is a simple mod, I tried doing it for you. I have not tested it yet, tell me if it crashes the game instead lol
Edit: In my tiredness I forgot to also change the superpowered models to the "base" ones, maybe I'll get around to it later

I've tried taking a screenshot of the problem, but I can't paste it anywhere, not even in Paint. But the game gets as far as the Loading Bar before the Main Menu. It stops on the first bar and goes no further.

EDIT2: Andddd now these aren't working again. Sorry to dissappoint. I'm not sure what other scripts could be calling the superpowers flag
Thanks for notifying, I've rested and made it again. From my brief testing using a 100% save, in a firefight my chosen homies didn't use super moves and were struggling. But if there's some that I've missed do tell : D

EDIT: The included homies.xtbl makes the game simply not use the _sim entries, which may or may not conflict with the aim of this mod. Idk.
Archive also includes homies.xtbl from IdolNinja's original mod, I've removed the "SuperHumans" entry from each homie.
