Strange Save Game Names?

So, I finished all the Story Missions.

I just did an Activity earlier, finished it, and when I saved... my last mission beat on my save game read "High Waters".

It replaced "Gangstas In Space". Is it possible that some activities are actually missions, but you never really see their names?

Or could it possibly only be the ever so often (occasional) activity? Missions that were changed to be regular activities?
 
End-game phone calls (ie the ones you get from clearing a gang 100%) and such count as missions.
