Stilwater+ 2.1

It probably will but don’t overwrite any Stilwater+ files with Hardcore ones, and it should work
Thanks, dude! It's working perfectly so far. I removed items_inventory, items_3d, store_weapons and weapons from Stilwater+ so I could use the weapons module from Hardcore Edition, I also cut customization_respect_levels to force myself through the activities. I might try to mod the vanilla prices to make them more realistic, they're all over the place.

You did a good fucking job on the mods, dude, even with all my jury-rigging, the game is still running great.

I've been using the mod for a playthrough and liking the additions but I have found multiple issues so far

-The missions "McManus Says Hello", "No Time to Mourn", "Semi-Charmed Life", "Round Peg, Square Hole", "For King and Country", and "Hail to the Chief", as well as the Racing activity are completely broken and not completable with something to do with the "shops_sr_city.cts" file, all of these missions work as normal when the file is removed. I had to trial and error numerous files until I finally found the exact one which was causing the issue.

with "McManus Says Hello", once you arrive at the first destination, the next marker is placed in the red light district (I assume 0,0,0) and is non-functional. Also going to the normal spot will remove the bugged marker, but the meeting will never start.

With "No Time to Mourn", the mission immediately breaks on start, and spawns you on foot instead of in Julius' Car, the marker is once again placed in the same spot in the Red Light District, and does nothing, as well as Julius' Car not spawning, and the mission failing after being out of the car for 60 seconds.

With "Semi-Charmed Life" Price's Truck will immediately get stuck in the ground and not move, the cars are still destroyable as normal, but the cab never spawns and thus can't be destroyed leaving the mission unfinishable.

With "Round Peg, Square Hole" all of the objective triggers appear to be on a slight delay, which functionally does not change the majority of the mission until the very final objective of protecting Johnny while he drives to forgive and forget, he will get very close, and then drive off in another direction and will not turn around, most likely getting stuck in the process and leaving the mission unfinishable.

With "For King and Country" the initial blue GPS trail does not appear but the mission works as normal until you enter Ben King's Car, which will immediately crash the game.

With "Hail to the Chief" the police cars will never move when you arrive at the vantage point, going to where they are and destroying them all does not fix the issue and the mission objective does not advance thus leaving the mission unfinishable.

With the Racing activity, when you drive between the flaming barrels to start a race, the game will get stuck on an infinite loading screen.

-The Airport Escort activity gets stuck on an endless loading screen, at this point I just removed every file and it worked.

-The mission "3rd Street Vice Kings" gets stuck on an infinite loading screen after the first cutscene, removing the "saintsrow.cts/lua" files fixed it.

-After finishing all the gang story arcs, the "Battlefield Promotion" cutscene never plays and the "Stuffing the Ballot" mission doesn't spawn, removing the "Neighborhoods.Xtbl" file fixes this.

-The mission "All the King's Men" had an issue on my first attempt, Stefan never spawned at Impressions and the cutscene was stuck, skipping it then started the next objective but without Stefan being there and not having any of his voice lines, restarting the mission fixed this.

-The strongholds "Abandoned Police Station" and "Pleasant View Storage" both had issues where a kill/destroy objective would not properly spawn, both times I restarted the mission and it worked as normal.

-The mission "Samson's Surprise" has a minor issue where Troy will not spawn properly, normally he will pull up in a Zircon, but with the mod he will be on foot in the club behind you, the mission works as normal after that, although you will need to find a car.

-Seemingly stepping over the new drugs on the ground will crash the game, I had multiple crashes after standing on what looked to be a hamburger that enemies would sometimes drop, I deleted the drugs mod and now see normal beers and have not had the issue since

-Multiple crashes when customizing a vehicle at Rim Jobs (especially with the Slingshot, I could not customize it without crashing), I removed the customization files and have not had the issue since

-One of the items files (either "3d" or "inventory") causes the pimp cane to show a blank name and not load when viewed in the weapon cache and then crash the game if selected.

-Owning more than four cribs will no longer enable you to get any money from the stash, it will always show as $0.00, after removing the cribs files, the stash worked like normal again.

-2nd and 3rd Homie Unlock slots are not obtained until much later because the max hoods is listed at 72 instead of 36, so they unlock at 18 and 36 instead of 9 and 18 normally.

Alright, I just finished 100%, that should be all for now, with the current state of this mod, I would not recommend it at all for a full playthrough, but for just the sandbox itself, it has little issues and should be a good time.

Game freezes when i boot it up. is there a fix for this? i applied the patches and updated it to v0.0.1.1.

EDIT: False alarm. Xenia Manager forgot to disable protect_zero so i changed it inside one of the files. all good now.

You modders, could you make a version of this game as DLC for Saints Row 4 or a free version for PC?
If you mean Saints Row 1, I highly doubt a mod that would remake it in Saints Row 4 is possible, if it was going to be remade as a mod in any game it would be Saints Row 2, but even that's a long shot.

As for a PC version, there is the possibility somebody could recompile the Xbox 360 version to make a fan port someday, but you could also always just try using an emulator.

It's an idea, right? Like the GTA San Andreas mod they made within GTA 4. Since Saints Row 4 deals with virtual reality, they could make all the previous games into DLCs, don't you think?
