You can't regardless. The main character is split up into multiple VID chunks and embedded into the executable, which is then reassembled at runtime based on what parts are set to be visible or hidden because of what's being worn. However, Volition did make the base meshes for The Boss (both) available to modders as part of SRIV's official modding SDK. You can find more about it here: SRIV SDK

(note: SRTT, SRIV, and SRTTR all use the same meshes, with the same UV layout for the Boss)
 
I used Google Gemini to update the Edit and Convert.bat file, so now you can simply drag and drop multiple files onto the batch file to unzip them.
