Season mod: Winter

Winter and snow has covered Stilwater!

New and last retexture mod, gives the city a snow and icy vibe.

Installation:

Copy all the files except "Read Me" into "Gentlemen Of The Row" > "optional_mod_stuff" > "1-MODDERS_-_PUT_YOUR_OWN_PERSONAL_MODS_HERE", build a new patch and install it as usual.

Hey this is nice, I combined it with snowing but is there anything that can stop the rain sounds and replace it maybe with winter sounds?
 
Oh yeah, the game overlays textures over others depending on the location, another noticeable spot is SU.

Those requiere to edit chunks, and even doing that, some of those overlay textures cant be extracted nor editted.

While a chunk does indeed need to be edited, and I do mean the actual chunk files and not the peg texture containers. This isn't some overlay *texture*, instead most if not all models/objects in a chunk does have some kind of color data associated with it, but I mean they also usually have materials associated with them as well which also affect color tones. But in this case here, these plants as well as every other bush plant like object that is in this chunk that seemed to go mostly unaffected by the snow mod, they did have a green tint applied to the object/prop/model, which basically overrides the texture from a color standpoint. So just changed it to red here as a example.
