Saints Row Weather Mod for SR2.

I'm trying to create a mod that would bring the weather and times of day over from Saints Row to Saints Row 2. The default weather and time files in SR2 don't have the same settings as the files in the first game so I had to port the colors of the sky, clouds, fog and ect. Screenshots on the bottom.

Note: Make sure you backup any weather mods before installing this mod.

I'm nearly finished with my new mod, but I need testers and if anyone is interested just download the file and have fun, I'll make sure you are mentioned in the credits!

UPDATE:: I'm going to take my time with this mod so that it turns out perfect and work just like the weather system does in the first Saints Row game!
 
Update: Added corrected Medium Rain option, Heavy Rain option, and Thunderstorm option. I will also include a cheats.xtbl with this mod so it will be compatible. The cheat for Medium Rain will be from the first Saints Row game, simple call on your cell phone #67248 and you'll unlock Medium Rain.
 
Still have the invisible moon, no problem, lightning now strikes peds! The default lightning.xtbl file stored inside the common.vpp_pc file is missing some some table entries that were in the SR lightning.xtbl file, so I ported them entries over to SR2 but without the "filenames" such as "cf_lightning_gnd01" mentioned in the original. Here's an example of SR1 lightning.xtbl:
