Saints Row The Third Alternate Stand Animations

This one is for a more classic Saints Row 1 and 2 style of movement (Removing stopping animation and stand to run animation)

Curious, is it possible to do the reverse? Adding the stopping animation. I assume the problem being the game doesn't have them
