Saints Row IV Inauguration Station is not responding

Crashing is so bad I can not continue in the game. I can play for maybe 10-20 minutes max. I can no longer get through a mission without crashing half way through. To be even more specific on the mission part. The very first mission right when I jump on the missle climb up and open the panel to start disabling, sparks start flaying and crash. Did that mission 6 time before I could get pass that part. Escape from the simulation mission when I get to the platform waiting for the ship and protecting my position, soon as the ship gets there and kills all the aliens I crash. I still can't get past this part of the game. As far as the open world it is random and can't pinpoint one certain thing that alwasy does it. Coop play crashes the open world in 1-5minutes. Only get the message that the Saints Row IV Inaguration Station is not responding and 2 events in the logs. I have tried so many things and spent so much time trying to fix this, at a point now that I can't get any further in the game and am forced to not play until this issue is resolved. Here is the list of what I have tried as far as I can remember. If there is anything else I can try let me know, or any other info that I need to post to try and figure this out please let me know.

Tried:
Low settings
Anti Aliasing Off
Fullscreen, Windowed, Borderless
Disabled AntiVirus, Uninstalled AntiVirus
Firewall On, Firewall Off
Verified Cache on Steam
Reinstalled Visuall C++ Redist
Reinstalled DirectX11
Reinstalled Saints Row IV
Fresh Windows 7 Install
Fresh Windows 8 Install
Installed NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti
Installed AMD Radeon HD 7800 Series

We have crash reporting that went out with the latest patch, so we are seeing these internally now but it will take time to solve the real crashes. Most of these come down to a driver. So far I've seen a few different driver crash reports, but it's very early. One was for hssrv.dll which is an ASUS audio driver issue. There is just something wrong with the EAX emulation and the best fix is to disable what ASUS calls 'GX mode'. I've seen quite a few systems crashing down in nVidia driver land as well. We will try to fix these, but if it isn't something we can work around it will just require a fix from the driver manufacturer.

Knobby,

I believe I owe you a case of beer kind sir. Disabled my onboard sound driver from my ASUS motherboard and just played for 3 hours straight on highest settings no crashes/issues. I use hdmi and usb headset for sound anyway so no problem for me to just keep it disabled.

Onboard sound is the bane of all existence.
