Saints Row 3 & IV gone wrong

I am at my limited whits end. I am well over 1,000 hours of co op & single player in SR 3 but now it boots me to the title page of Steam each time I try to play.

* Saints Row IV locks in a loop at the loading of any attempt to enter the rift.

* I would be most grateful for any advise ~

*I have Best Buy black tie protection but even their skills have left me hanging ~;(
 
It sounds like a problem with your system or Steam itself.
Some steps I would recommend:
1. Verify Cache in Steam for the games. If the problem still exists-
2. Remove all your mods, and see if the problem still exists. If it does-
3. Uninstall and reinstall Steam. If the problem still exists-
4. Start a new game (use sandbox+ only, to help speed things along) and see if the problem persists with no mods and a fresh save. If the problem still persists-
5. Completly remove the games and reinstall. If the problem persists at this point, you may have an OS, driver, or hardware issue.
 
I have had the Cashe verified.. If I delete the games will I have to buy them again ? Honestly at this point I would be willing to do that if the games just worked as they should.
