Race to create a Saint's Crib customization mod

Saints deserve only the hottest hotties & best music to party with.

What I want is a working mod that anyone with SR 3 installed can use.

Terms & conditions:

1. It should replace the music that plays in the Saint's headquarters with either the Mix radio station or the music that plays in the Burns Hill Reactors, either would be fine.

1 a. If you are feeling really ambitious you could make it so more game music can be cycled through like changing radio stations but that is optional & will not effect the race outcome.

2. Replace the ugly hookers that spawn in the Saint's HQ with the hot Female Cop, Cow girl, Nurse & Angel strippers.

2 a. All my Saints homies are already Succubi so adding more Devil girls to the crib is totally optional but will not effect the contest outcome.

I would really like this within 30 days but I guess I will leave this up as long as needs be.

* It would not be a Saints Row race with out a short cut so here is your Time bonus cheat : Finishing first should win the race but if you can write a supplemental mod that totally repairs or ignores all damage done to the crib by STAG in "Nyte Blayde's Return" you will be teleported to the winner's circle.

( The bonus is only valid if posted by midnight EST, Saturday the 28th of June, 2014 )

* All mods must be compatible with The Gentlemen of Steelport & The Sandbox mods.

The prize : I will pay out of my own pocket to gift the winner with any Steam game they choose.
* This prize is transferable so the winner may request I buy a game for any other Steam member.

mod that totally repairs or ignores all damage done to the crib by STAG in "Nyte Blayde's Return"

I have done a lot of playthroughs on SR3 and I don't remember the Saints HQ to be damaged due to a mission...

Anyway I think that Sandbox+ can already to that,by switching the world zones.

Sorry but it is hard to miss.

* STAG dose damage the Saints HQ. After the attack there are bullet holes in the walls, some furniture is over turned & some painting hang askew. { It is a small thing, so I made it a bonus}

* The on foot music player is different than my request to change the crib's sound track.

* I have checked every mod for Saints Row 3 & I have not found any that replace the ugly hoe NPCs with hot stripper NPCs that spawn in the crib. { To clarify ~ I am not talking about followers }

If I have not made this clear enough please let me know ?

One correction : I was mistaken. The Saints HQ is damaged at the end of " STAG party " after Cyrus Temple demands the return of Burke, rather than as I had said at the end of "Nyte Blayde's Return".

So with that self correction I assure all that my offer still stands. Please replace the ugly hoes with sexy strippers and change the cribs sound track. Optionally to assure a quick victory make the crib immune to STAG's vandalism to claim your reward of a game you choose.
