"Saint of all saints" Statue of "PLANET SAINTS"

I try to extract the 3d of the famous statue of the store " Planet Saints"
I 'm no expert for modded or programming .

I managed to extract the files and str2_pc vpp_pc and now I end up with alot of different types of files

I like to know where is the statue throughout the file already and if someone could explain me how to successfully read the file and extract it for use on 3ds max.

if someone just tell me in which file or file group is this statue? and read the file?
it must use the programming software ? or software or tool?

I'm not interrese by the texture of this statue,
I just want the 3d as in the attached pictures

I do not know if I should gone through a command line
I 'm not used the command line,
I do not know if I have gone through ASM files, LUA , or CS MESH , GS MESH , if someone could help me ?
I instaled directx sdk this can help me ?

I can tell you where the file is
Its at sr3_city_0.vpp_pc/sw_planetsaints.str2_pc/angelsmpsa.glmesh_pc or ps_miniangel_a.glmesh_pc or ps_angel_a01.glmesh_pc i am not actually sure if you manage to pull model out share it here ))
