RowInput (Custom controller schemes, such as Scheme B)

In anticipation for the next Juiced update which will include working (and dynamic) controller prompts

I've made a minor update to RowInput.

1.0.2:
.ini Settings now reapply while the game is paused.
Included a SchemeB configuration within the RowInput folder
Fixed the SRTT configuration towtruck issue (it was a bad config)
 
I think I ran into a bug with this during my current playthrough: in the Brotherhood mission "Bank Error In Your Favor," it's seemingly impossible to interact with the prompt to force Jessica to disable the alarm. Because the button to interact with the prompt is the same as the button to take a hostage, it just results in the player throwing her (almost always resulting in her death, but even if she survives, you're forced to take her hostage again and then you're back at square one). I was able to get past it by using my keyboard to activate the prompt.

Bug report aside, this is an absolute must-have mod for controller players. In previous playthroughs I always resorted to binding the primary and secondary attacks to R1/RB and L1/LB, and I hated constantly having to fight my muscle memory from every other open world crime game (including emulated SR2 prior to the Juiced patch). It's a shame word hasn't spread about this mod; I haven't seen it in any of the videos promoting Juiced and the recent DLC port, I just stumbled upon it by complete happenstance. I probably wouldn't even have bothered starting a new playthrough on PC and would've stuck with emulation if not for this mod.

The mod itself is fine there's an issue with the config I set up and if someone is willing to fix it I'll update it
