Roadblocks always active.

EasyTiger here again, with another crackpot mod idea, (Let me know if I'm getting annoying.) to make Steelport a more chaotic and warlike place. I know roadblocks are spawned at a certain notoriety level, and I know they're all pre-scripted with their set up, but would it be possible to make it so they always spawn, even without notoriety? Thanks in advanced to anyone who knows.

Edit: Oh, and as a bonus, if somebody could tell me how to make it so Gang Operations respawn, or just a way to reset them without starting over your currents game, I'd really appreciate it.

That will be awesome if someone knew how to make Gang Operations respawn. By the way what do you mean by always Spawn Roadblocks Do you mean you want to fill the streets up with them or have them Like when the zombies come out. it would be awesome if SteelPort Could be A Warzone. With the Gangs & Police & Zombies Spawing Everywhere & Attacking Everyone. Sorry if i got A Little Bit Excited

No, I mean like just have them spawn whether you're on foot or in a car, and they're just something you have to deal with, and they're just a way the gangs and police are exerting their strength on the streets.
