Restore Syndicate Tower

Hey, when I got to the bomb mission I was kind of dumb and accidentally blew it up although I planned to keep it. Is there a little fix or tweak to restore the tower?

Sandbox+ allows you toggle zones on and off, like the Syndicate tower, in realtime while playing using keyboard shortcuts.
