Request: Additional tattoos

In the GoS thread, it mentions that there is a way to add extra tattoos, but not what that way is. Could someone please post a tutorial on how to do this?

A texturing tutorial is available on sr3nexus.com, along with one guy's attempts and advice on adding a new tattoo (something he was successful in doing).

Thanks, but I meant more like relocating existing tattoos (like having the "3rd Street Knight" available on both arms, or Saints Letters across the upper back, the latter of which was actually in GoTR).
