I want the remastered versions of every NPC replacing the old so bad, especially kinze, I cannot get past her hair

I put this mod in my GOG Saints Row IV Re-Elected. I can see the suit in the store.
I can also see the hair in the store but as soon as I even move my mouse over it, the game crashes.

Does anyone have any ideas what might be causing this?
I have the same issue with the Bloodrayne mod from here.
