Wait so is this still a thing? I would love to edit/add my own NPCs in SR, I'm pretty sure we all get tired of seeing the same faces in Steelport.

...the last post before yours was 3 years ago... I dont see any modding stuff for 3ds on the boards now, I dont think it went through.. though I hope im wrong.

The modding SDK is for fbx files, which all major modeling software supports. Check out what you can do here: Clothing SDK and Weapons SDK.
