Character Customization Realistic Shoulder Width

Is there any way of creating a mod that would lessen how broad the male shoulders are in Saint's Row The Third Remastered? I've always had an issue with how broad the shoulders are in this game, thought they'd fix the shoulder width in the remaster but like with most remasters we're left to do what developers don't think of.

Unfortunately that's tied to the overall body shape, it's also hard to mod the remaster as of right now. Your best bet is trying to make your character thinner since that's the only way to get somewhat smaller shoulders

Unfortunately the overall shape of the body is baked into the model, it's not handled by any pointers. You can make the sliders for Skinny/Fat/Muscle worth more (too much will cause horrible deformations though since the changes are just points in the polygons so the higher you make them the pointier 100% will get) and even how much shadows/lighting affect the skin (normalmaps) but there are no specific body part values outside of the breasts for females and the head/face sliders. It's rather sad, as I would love to have tried to make Sex Appeal control the Boss's booty as well, rather than needing to equip some paunch to have any kind of buttcheeks.
