I am VERY new to SR modding, so I was wondering if there are any tips on how to read an XTBL file. Anything important I need to know? Sorry if this is in the wrong place or has been asked and/or answered before.
 
I'd think you'd want this to be in the Get Help/Troubleshooting forum.

As for reading an .xtbl file, if you've ever dealt with .xml files they're pretty much the same deal. If not, look up how to read .xml.

I use notepad++ to read the files.
