Question about a radio rumor

ok.... I love the radio in sr4... i heard a rumor that the safety dance was found in files since sr2. was this actually true that you intended to put the safety dance in sr2 and sr3?
(was gonna post in ask volition.... but this isnt a modding question)

Yeah. It's in the game files for sr2, in like raido lineups and stuff. And there's a rdio announcer comment on it but it got removed since they couldn't get the rights to the song. (I'm pretty sure that's how it is o: )
But I don't think it was ever gonna be in sr3.
