Play as a NPC

I would like to know if it would be possible to have a mod to play as a NPC. I would like to play as Johnny Gat

Not possible, we can't morph into NPCs, the most you can do is customize your character to resemble them.

There use to be a mod for sr3 where you could play as the body of the npcs excluding the head.. you might want to try and see if it still works
