Open City: Hidden Interior Warps

Don't know if its something on my end but I can't use garages
[CHUNK] - 0X00541D3E] Loaded Chunk Swap: Malformed XML close tag ('Table') (doesn't match "Garages")! it is the mod
Oops. My bad. Accidentally deleted a closing tag. This only affected the Vanilla version. Vanilla version has been updated to v1.1.1.

Can this Open City mod and Restored Train Stations be used together?
I see them using the same shops_sr2_city.cts, but wonder how close it is to "the limit" before activities start crashing (if a merge would even be possible).

the limitation for this mods are the warps itself.. RTS uses the same warps as OCM (warps of buying stores), its possible to merge but it will break the game pretty sure

I know it's not really an interior, but I've always felt that this underground hotel could have been a second entry point into Old Stilwater from the surface.

I've checked on the map using a Marker, and I figure it would be connected to this building on the surface.

Obviously it would be awesome if a custom interior could be made similar to the Old Mission that connects the hotel to the surface, but since this mod already uses warp points, I figure it would make a good shortcut to make Old Stilwater more accessible.

Edit:
I don't believe it.

The building I picked already has an interior. That's hilarious. Maybe I can find a location inside to put the warp point.

I guess under the stairs would make the most sense. It could be a secret passage that was planked over.

I wanted to put a node to get in there, but there's no ground collision. But you can get in either with Juiced's "NoClip", or a wall breach glitch.

It would be cool to see that whole area renovated though, like with @Admixon's renderings. Imagine that Saints Row Prequel project got the go ahead, and you could visit this place in it's prime!

I just just meant to put a warp node at the Old Stilwater Hotel Entrance, then another under the stairwell of the P0rno Palace. As a secondary way of getting into Old Stilwater.

But yeah, a fully rendered interior with collision for that Hotel would be cool
