wonder if there would be any mod like title stated, NPC behaviour from SR2.
i'd tried shitface's one but i don't like the additional changes he did to the police (making them anti-grab),
and a minor thing there is the NPC is far too violent (would attack you without provocation).
wonder if there's any mod to restore it back like SR2?
