No face bandana in SR IV?

I've downloaded Inauguration Station from Steam and I've noticed, that there is no face bandana like in previous game.
Is it available in final game or it's been removed? Just asking (I've been looking for this on internet but I couldn't find the answer).
It looked really nice, and used it for few of my characters in TT, it's a bit shame that it's not there.

Well, you can see it on videos with Inauguration Station. When you go to Planet Zin and then to "Head" there is no "Face wear" section like in previous game.
