after is gets to 3 or 2 they respawn

Gangs:
Special Forces, Use riot swat and helicopters and now use "air strike"
Swat and Cypher NPC's
The Los Narcos, drive pickup trucks and are very aggressive
Burt Reynolds (cowboy) NPC's
The Pimps, use Genki Launchers and Rollerbladers use pistols and hammer
Plenty of rollerbladers and you may want to use the "vroom" cheat for
the no vehicle damage. They will spam you with the little octopuses and
they blow up in a minute.
Also increased spawns
Homies:
+ Homies have more health
+ Shaundi uses sniper weapon, arrives in Saints Tank
+ Pierce uses Grenade Launcher, arrives in Saints N-Forcer
+ Zimos uses Rocket Launcher
+ Angel uses temp Grenade Launcher, arrives with another Angel and a wrestler
+ Kinzie uses sniper weapon, arrives in helicopter (air support) with 2 more Kinzies
+ Nyte Blayde uses Genki Launcher, arrives with Bloody Canoness and 2 zombies
+ Josh uses air strike weapon, arrives with 3 more Joshs (they blowup everything)
+ Oleg uses minigun, arrives with Pierce
+ Viola uses Grenade Launcher
Bonus:
Effects for the Rollerblader (not required)
Changes the effects for the rollerblader
