More City Takeover to Purchase in the Upgrades Menu.

Please someone make a new upgrade.xtbl file making possible the purchase of more City Takeover Bonus on the Upgrades Menu. Seriously, I don't know how to create or edit .xtbl files.

I think you should be looking at unlockables.xtbl, as I do not think upgrade.xtbl exists.
