Not really. The only thing i ripped was my character's face morph, and it was pretty easy to find after sorting files by size.
Though i did noticed that almost every mesh gets ripped multiple times, so there's not quite as many of them as it may seem. You might also try to browse through the ripped textures, and once you find the one that belongs to the model you're looking for, look at the number that goes after text_ , your mesh file will have the same number.
And yeah, i suppose finding a scene with a fewer objects will ease the process as well.
