Mod that changes the glow color?

I would perfer it to be red. Any mods that do this?

I'm personally surprised they didn't make it purple. Why is everything blue? This isn't Deckers Row IV. (Unless that was Matt Miller's plan all along!)

I believe I read about something like this not being possible until a SDK came out. Something about Rendering. I'll see if I can find the link to that.
