I can't help you, but I came up with a similar idea a few days ago when I remembered hearing from a person that after the upgrades its hard to get stars up and as well stag go away...reading through threads I see there is already a mod for that. One Sec I have to send my jot notes from my phone to my PC... and edit it or not. This idea is a section of a part of a Bigger Mod Idea called Cellphone Doctor 1.0
Fighting Words: Call for a Fight against Lvl1-5 of Foe Type
Legend (>2-5> means per Level +1 Foe, etc from 2-5), + means Sub Note

Gang Leader 1.0
- Choose Type or Style > Gang 1, 2, 3, 4 to 7
== 1-4 are Recruits
== 5-7 are Doppelgangers/Majors (Total of 3)
== Lieutenants are those spawned from Backup or 9 Lieutenants as Gang 8-16 (3 Recruits for each Major)
- Cellphone Upgrade: Choose each Gang's Weapons, Upgrade Weapon Level and Vehicles (Performance Only), change minor Clothing option instead of Random
== Cellphone Upgrade: Specialist of Rival Gangs as Members (Saint Version)
+ Sniper, Brunts and Techers/Decker Speclist can be Added to Vehicles
== Lieutenants can be called 1 by 1 -3 Contacts, 1 for each- and have faster cool down
- New Types: Doppelganger/Majors (AI you's)
== Customize Body, Clothing (Only Owned), Weapons & Vehicles (Only Owned) same way you would yourself, but from the Gang Customization section (Don't know a good way for pricing though...???1st is Cheap (75% off) and 2nd (50%) & 3rd (25%) cost more and maybe due to level -Lvl 2, 3, 4- of combat/clip/reload/etc & health/Total/regen???, but you would do it from Crib...as well there was another Idea apart of Cellphone Doctor to upgrade the Cribs to have Image by Design, Clothing Store, Tattoos, etc in Crib Access Menu, but you have to unlock the Upgrade then Pay for the Upgrade at Crib/Like re buying)
== 3 Majors who command 3 Recruits Gang Members (Special Saints -Like Shaundi- are Colonels and Your the General)...I don't know a good way how Indication should look (Maybe 3 Vertical Lines under Icon...I was going to call Majors Lieutenants instead like how game does, but...well google Army Rank or maybe Lieutenants are your Recruits/Non-Major Recruits)
+ Simple explain by that is If you have 3 Majors who are strong and each can have 1 or more Recruit, they well not get into the Vehicle with you if they there is no room for all there Recruits (So if you got 2 Recruits and you Major has one then your Major Must take there own Vehicle/Call in there own)
== Cellphone Upgrade: Majors can revive General/Colonels (+25, 50% HP) and Recruits (+25, 50, 75% HP)
+ Colonels can Revive all (+50, 75, 100% HP)
+ Recruits (Lieutenants are your Recruits/Non-Major Recruits) can Revive Recruits (+50, 75% HP) and rest (+25, Lieutenants +50% HP)
+ Majors can Revive Self in 60, 45, 30, 15secs (+75%) (Based on Upgrades...That is whole other section on Phone > Upgrades)
+ Death Countdown: Revive from Member within 15secs from Recruits, 30secs from Specialist, 60secs from Colonels & 45secs from Majors (When I saw Co-Op I realize that is doable, as well once it passes a time that rank can not revive you)
...snap if we could save Image by Design like Outfits/Suits (Which ever means UserDefined) then you could quickly choose what each Dopple can Look like or Have each Style Copied...then Therefore add 3 DoppleGanger Types/Slots and add customization so you can have as much as you want of them/Suits that would be better...even use community to import some (Before I limited to 12 and share among 3 Slots so you can Duplicate a "Suit" = 12 "Suits" with 4 being Unique or each slot has 8+Random= 24 "Suits" in total with all being unique)
Question can Recruits Fly VTOL or Helicopters or would there need to be some system where you can control Formation or avoiding buildings?
