List of "hidden directories" of the site?

Hello,

I've noticed the existence of some directories and resources;
by replacing the www of the URL with either idolninja or minimaul
and
https://www.saintsrowmods.com/Kinzies-Toy-Box/script_actions/_script_actions_index.html

Are there particular reasons these are not available by clicking some obvious link like the filesearch (or I just didn't find it)? Is it to avoid crawlers?
Also are there any more of these people should be aware of?
