Q & A:
Q - Why they dont show up in my phone?
A - Old save file, sadly you need to start a new game to unlock them.. or just spawn them with console.

Q - Why only Dex has its dialogues and not Johnny or Troy?
A - Honestly, no idea. Volition didnt bother on making voicelines for that.

Q - Why Troy dont have a saint variant vehicle?
A - Volition didnt plan to give him a car i guess. I assume that he's car is a Zircon from 2nd mission of WR, so i gave him one to drive.

i made troy a homie a while back and he had dialogue for me. i haven't played your mod yet so idk if he does and you just didn't realize or something.

I checked my old homies.xtbl file and I used TS_W_M_Troy-01 for troy in the <Character> part, so maybe that would fix that.

sadly i think gat has no lines in any of his npcs :(
 
Can you say what was changed in the files so that we can edit them to have compatability with other mods that use the same files?

Also just realized that you used the same troy npc for this mod. I swear when I modded him in he had lines but idk
