Let it snow!

Hi, is there any way for me to tweak the snow duration? I am a fan of snow but permanent snowing is kind of too much.
 
Open weather.xtbl file with notepad or notepad++ and change value of Average_Duration to something smaller, you can also edit Chance value too. Hope it helps.
