Josh Burk won't spawn in the second mission.

So yeah, also the game keeps crashing after a certain amount of time. Also weird. And no, apart from Workshop clothing and weapons, there are no mods.

By leaving the game for like 10 mins, it fixed itself? Trust me, I tried restarting the game.

EDIT: okay, upon further checking the marker seemingly does nothing, so yeah, still softlocked. only difference is i have to watch most of the cutscene for the characters to actually load in.
