You didn't understand. Porting and releasing Johnny's jacket to SRTT is fine because there's no such DLC for that game but making it as a mod for IV, making as a free item isn't alright.

This was posted back in 2018, I know, just want to reply. Anyways, can't use anything that is DLC since that is considered piracy.

Could you make a modified version like in any other game I've seen, for example GTA Vice City, where the character's shirt is on another character in GTA 4?
