Visuals & Graphics Is there mods for these 4 things?

1. Remove the orange effect of the water to make it look like realistic water?
2. Change the alien police force back to saints row 3 police force?
3. No glitchy city or animationed house textures?
4. Remove the health drops when killing NPCs?

I think Random Encounter adds back all the police and military. For the NPC dropping health, isn't that an ability you learn? If you don't like that just don't learn those abilities.

These things greatly improve my experience with saints row 4.


One last thing and i am forever done requesting any mods for this game lol.

The ability to remove the filtering pixels of the buildings and houses, if there is a mod to remove those moving pixels on the houses and buildings then that would be amazing.

The 'noglitchcity' cheat doesn't remove that moving pixel effect on buildings sadly.
You know when there's a sliding pixel effect on the buildings?
